Traditional Roman Food in Rome – A Taste of Trastevere and What to Eat in Roma – We dine at Da Enzo for and try Authentic Roman Dishes Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana. A visit to Roma in Italia isn’t complete without a Roman Food Tour! We head to the trendy and foodie neighborhood of Trastevere and try out two different restaurants. For lunch we ate at Da Enzo Cucina Romana, a small trattoria with delightful owners! At Da Enzo we try Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana and Tiramisu. For Dinner we got reservations next to the beautiful Basilica di Santa Cecilia of Trastevere at Roma Sparita. We tried Steamed Mussels, Rigatoni Alla Romana, Bucatini All’Amatriciana and their signature dish Tagliolini Cacio e Pepe. We end the night with a walk around the Tiber River and for a final scoop of Gelato before leaving Italy! What is your favorite Roman Food?
